The M-39 is a non energy weapon that uses either 9mm rounds or High explosive rounds. In external appearance, the rifle appears identical to a standard Zentraeti assault rifle but is much smaller and is designed for use by micronized Zentraedi.

Mega-Damage: As a Vibrosword it has Two setting (4D6 SDC or 2D4 MDC). As A Blaster it does 2D6 MDC. Maximum Effective Range: 500 ft (152 m) or Within Reach as a vibro blade
Rate of Fire: Equal to combined hand to hand, Either in Slashes or in Individual Blasts
Payload: 60 minutes in SDC, 5 Minutes in MDC, or 40 blasts.
